New process for complaints about Immigration Judges

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) has established a new process which allows anyone to file a complaint about the conduct of an Immigration Judge.   Immigration Judges preside over proceedings to remove a person from the United States(deportation).   Complaints may be filed electronically and may be anonymous.  All complaints filed will be investigated.  For further information go to www.eoir.gov.
