K-1 Fiancée Visas

K-1 Fiancée Visa Lawyer

We Can Help You Bring Your Fiancée to the United States

The K-1 visa allows your fiancée to travel to the United States legally for the purpose of getting married.

Under rules of the K-1 fiancé visa petition process:

  • The legal immigrant must prove to the USCIS that both parties on the petition have physically met sometime during the previous two-year period.
  • Upon approval of the petition, the paperwork is forwarded to the overseas consulate serving your fiancée's geographic region to schedule a personal interview.
  • Upon final approval of the K-1 visa application, your fiancée may be granted a temporary visa to travel and live in the U.S., for the purpose of getting married. The marriage must take place within 90 days of entry into the U.S.

What Our Clients Are Saying

“It is refreshing to see a lawyer work at something with the passion and urgency that you did for us. So many lawyers lack the sense of urgency that clients so often need.”
